"NSI gave me the map. Psilocybin opened the portal. Integration made it real."
I believe that my lived experience defies the studies. I am the lasting proof that nervous system healing makes psychedelic insight sustainable. That interoception rewires survival into embodiment. That true healing is multi-dimensional—rooted in science, intuition, spirit, and sensation.
If you're seeking a way to prepare for the intensity, stay grounded in the expansion, and finally embody the truth of who you are—I'm here to walk beside you.

You are not too much. You are not too far gone. And you are not alone.
My Story
My healing began in October 2014 with a diagnosis I never expected: HER2+ Stage 3 breast cancer. But that moment was a portal, not just into treatment—but into a total reckoning. Cancer forced me to stop bypassing. It invited me back into my body, back into truth, and the beginning of an understanding of healing. But it wasn’t the beginning.

In 2009, I survived sex trafficking—an experience that fractured my sense of self, my body, and my ability to feel safe in the world. I believe that this stress along with developmental trauma compounded already present attachment wounding, an ACE score of 5, and layers of unprocessed complex PTSD led to the cancer presenting. I had been surviving for so long, I forgot there was another way.

In 2016, as I was rebuilding my health, I met Elisabeth Kristof and was introduced to the language of the nervous system through Applied Neurology. For the first time, I understood what had been happening inside me. And for the first time, I had tools to change it.

In 2020, the same week Trauma Rewired launched, I attended an ayahuasca retreat and recovered a truth I had dissociated from: early childhood sexual trauma. That clarity didn’t break me—it gave me the foundation to go deeper. To reconnect. To integrate. TR was birthed to help others understand what I had come to believe: that the nervous system is the missing link in trauma healing.
In January 2021, I began working closely with psilocybin in intentional, resourced, and supported containers. It was not an escape. It was a return. A re-patterning. A nervous system experience, every time.

When Neurosomatic Intelligence launched in 2022, I became one of its first educators. It felt like a homecoming—not just to the work, but to the woman I had become.
