I didn't create Neurosomatic Intelligence. I found a path that changed my life. Plant medicines opened possibilities I didn't know existed, and Neurosomatic Intelligence taught me how to embody them.

Looking back, I see God's grace woven through every chapter of my story. What once felt like disconnected chapters became a coherent path—one that included profound encounters through plant medicines, the structure of Neurosomatic Intelligence, and a growing trust that healing is both deeply biological and deeply sacred.
Today, I help others prepare for, navigate, and integrate profound change so they can walk more deeply with God, live more fully into their God-given purpose, and embody the same humility, discernment, and reverence that continue to expand my own life.

but because our nervous system is trying to protect what it knows.

Every Chapter Prepared Me
​
My story isn't one of survival. It's one of becoming.
My story didn't begin with breast cancer. In 2009, I was kidnapped while traveling in Turkey and survived an
experience that should have taken my life.
​
In the moment I believed I was going to die, I surrendered. Then something happened that changed everything.
A force came between us. The fear disappeared. And the next thought I remember having was simple:

I'm going to live.
​
I have never doubted that God intervened that day. At the time, I couldn't have imagined why. Looking back now,
I believe my life was spared for a purpose I had not yet begun to understand.
​
In 2014, I was diagnosed with HER2-positive Stage 3 breast cancer. Looking back, I no longer see cancer as
the beginning of my healing—I see it as the moment I finally stopped running from it.
​
Cancer wasn't simply a diagnosis.
It was an invitation. It was an awakening.
​
God continued leading me through remarkable healing and teachers, Neurosomatic Intelligence, and
intentional work with plant medicines. Together they revealed truths my nervous system had protected
until I was finally safe enough to carry them, integrate them.
Plant medicines opened possibilities. Neurosomatic Intelligence taught me how to embody them.

For the first time, I stopped chasing breakthroughs.
I began cultivating the capacity to live them and create from them.
​
After a profound encounter with Jesus that transformed the way I understood my life and my purpose,
I was baptized. When I came out of the water, I knew I had been made new.
​
Today, I don't see science and faith competing for truth. The more I study the nervous system, the more I
stand in awe of its Designer. It's my firm belief that as multidimensional beings we must access all parts
of our creation to live fully and wholly.
​
If my story has taught me anything, it's this: God doesn't waste chapters. He uses them to prepare us
for the life He has been inviting us to all along.
​
Maybe He's been doing the same with yours.
